Ebenezer Olufowose
Managing Director/CEO
Ebenezer Olufowose is Co-Founder and Group Managing Director/CEO of First Ally Capital Limited. Prior to setting up First Ally Capital, he was Executive Director at Access Bank Plc, and before then, Director with Citigroup where he led Citigroup’s origination, structuring and execution of corporate finance and investment banking transactions in Nigeria. He was appointed to the Board of First Bank of Nigeria Limited in April 2021 and became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank in May 2024. ​
He started his banking career in 1985 at NAL Merchant Bank Plc (NAL) where he worked in the Corporate Planning and Corporate Finance Departments. He also held other strategic positions in First City Merchant Bank (FCMB) and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GTBank). ​

A first-class honours degree holder in Economics from the University of Lagos, Mr Olufowose holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Sussex, Brighton England, where he studied as a Sir Adam Thomson/British Caledonian Airways Scholar. He has attended several management and leadership training programs at leading executive development institutions, including the Institute of Management Development (IMD), Lausanne Switzerland, Harvard Business School, Boston USA, INSEAD Singapore, Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Illinois USA and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania USA. He is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School and an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers.​
Kayode Abobarin
Executive Director, Finance & IT
Mr Kayode Abobarin is the Executive Director, Finance & IT, at First Ally Capital. A seasoned professional accountant, he joined First Ally in 2014 as Head of Finance and has since played a key role in shaping the group’s financial strategy and operational framework. His expertise in financial control, treasury, and strategic investments has been instrumental in the company’s continued success.

Kayode Abobarin
Executive Director, Finance & IT
Mr Kayode Abobarin is the Executive Director, Finance & IT, at First Ally Capital. A seasoned professional accountant, he joined First Ally in 2014 as Head of Finance and has since played a key role in shaping the group’s financial strategy and operational framework. His expertise in financial control, treasury, and strategic investments has been instrumental in the company’s continued success.
With over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors such as banking, financial services, and consulting, Mr Abobarin has built a reputation for delivering results through innovative problem-solving and strategic foresight. His leadership ensures that First Ally operates with efficiency and remains responsive to market dynamics.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an alumnus of the Institute of Management Development (IMD), Switzerland. Mr Abobarin has attended numerous workshops and executive training programmes locally and internationally.

Adetola Adeleye is the Managing Director of First Ally Trustees Limited, where she oversees the company’s strategy, growth, and market positioning. With over 12 years of expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, she has been instrumental in delivering bespoke trust solutions to a diverse client base.
Prior to her current role, Adetola served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at First Ally, ensuring smooth business operations and mitigating legal risks across the group. Her contributions include implementing governance frameworks and leading strategic transactions that have strengthened the company’s operations.
Adetola holds an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. A recipient of the ESQ Legal Nigerian Rising Star Award, she exemplifies excellence and leadership in the legal profession.

Oluwaseun Ogunkuade is a seasoned corporate strategy professional with extensive experience in financial services, corporate transformation, and business growth. He has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, innovation, and business restructuring to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
Prior to joining First Ally Capital, Oluwaseun was Group Strategy Manager at VFD Group Plc, where he provided strategic advisory services to the Chief Executives of various subsidiaries and investee companies. He also served as Head of Strategy & Corporate Planning at FBN General Insurance Ltd, leading the company’s transformation into one of the fastest-growing general insurance firms in Nigeria.
Oluwaseun holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Ibadan and has completed an Executive Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. His expertise in corporate strategy, financial advisory, and business transformation continues to drive First Ally Capital’s long-term growth objectives.

As Deputy Financial Controller at First Ally Capital, he oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations to ensure the firm’s financial stability and long-term sustainability.

Omowale Oyedokun is a finance and investment professional with a wealth of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and foreign exchange management. As Deputy Financial Controller at First Ally Capital, he oversees financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury operations to ensure the firm’s financial stability and long-term sustainability.
He commenced his career at Ernst & Young (EY) Nigeria, where he gained significant exposure to transaction advisory, business valuations, and financial modelling. Since joining First Ally Capital, he has played a pivotal role in liquidity management, investment planning, and foreign exchange strategy, helping to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Omowale holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and is an Associate Member of ICAN. His deep expertise in financial control, corporate governance, and risk management continues to strengthen First Ally Capital’s financial foundation.

Olufunto holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Strategy from Warwick Business School, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Warwick, UK. She has also completed executive education at Imperial College Business School and Lagos Business School, specialising in strategic marketing and digital transformation.

Uche holds an LL.B from Madonna University and was called to the Nigerian Bar after completing her legal training at the Nigerian Law School. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and an advocate for workforce development and leadership empowerment.

Before joining First Ally Capital, he worked as an Internal Audit Analyst at Capital Bancorp Plc before progressing to Pan-African Capital Plc as an Associate. He also served as Head of Internal Audit at Lighthouse Capital Limited, where he was responsible for financial controls, risk mitigation, and compliance monitoring.
Ayodele holds a National Diploma (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology and a BSc in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is currently pursuing certification with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
