Ms Adeleye holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, was called to the Nigerian bar in 2012 and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2016. She has extensive legal, company secretarial, compliance and corporate governance experience spanning over nine years. She is a recipient of several awards and scholarship for academic excellence.
Prior to joining First Ally, she was the Compliance Officer of United Capital. She had her formative legal years in the prestigious law firm of Jackson Etti & Edu where she spent over six years acquiring extensive and invaluable knowledge and experience in the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general legal advisory, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and company secretarial practice. She has an uncommon flair for corporate governance principles and practices and constantly advises on compliance with extant laws and regulation on corporate governance.
She is a Member of the Corporate and Regulatory Counsel Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association.
